Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number, you agree that Align CPAs, LLC may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to important information, updates, deals, and specials. If you do not wish to continue participating in the program or no longer agree to these Terms, you can reply “STOP” to any mobile message from Us in order to opt out of the Program.

User Opt In: The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by users affirmatively opting into the Program. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that these Terms apply to your participation in the Program. The mobile messaging service used by Us to communicate with you requires human intervention for Our mobile messages to be initiated, and thus Our mobile messages are not sent to you by an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS” or “autodialer”). Nevertheless, by participating in the Program, you agree to receive autodialed marketing mobile messages and you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from Us.

Frequency: You will receive up to 4 messages per month. The frequency of non-marketing messages will be directly related to client's usage toward requesting information.

User Opt Out and Additional Commands: You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to (417) 766-1794. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.

By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Though Align CPAs, LLC will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

• To improve customer service. Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
• To personalize user experience. We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
• To improve our Site. We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.
• To send periodic emails. We may use the email address to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.
